Thought Provoking Morning!

16 Oct
Dear Readers,

It was 5:00 AM Monday (10.15.12) morning. Mondays always start extra early for me and by now I have already posted. MY post was about still feeling the most wonderful (natural) high from last week’s adventures. I connected with some dear dear friends, and was inspired by the sights, sounds and smells of NYC. The weather was glorious, starting a little cool each morning with it warming up with plenty of sunshine to about 70. My head still completely and totally immersed in the art world… the lives and times of the artists enthrall me.

As I said, Mondays are always an early start. My normal routine when home, I post then I start reading my favorite blogs….I don’t usually read blogs over the weekend so I look forward to my Monday mornings and reading what my e-friends have taken the time to offer.

Yesterday morning two blogs hit me between the eyes with the full impact of emotions. I am forever grateful for the clarity the blow provided, knocking me right into reality (a well needed punch). After you cut and paste the links below and fully/completely absorb their post, you too will be forever grateful for their thought provoking posts and the clarity one immediately feelings/understands regarding life! Below are my comments to their posts, please link on and comment.

Thank you once again Troy and Cristian delivering (up close and personal) your well written thought provoking perspectives that brought incredible texture to my day!

“Her Story”

Wow t…so perfectly said..” she deserves more then she currently wants” Such a powerful posting! I feel your pain…So hard to love someone and see they are unable to love themselves

 “Struggling Artist and Pain”

Love your posting, and as always your writing… but one might not need pain to be a great writer but I find it impossible to imagine getting to appreciation, strength and humility without it. If one has loved or cared for anyone else more than oneself pain is expected.
My philosophy professor years ago once said….”you would not know pleasure without pain.” I tried to prove him wrong but failed…
“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.”
-Helen Keller
Thank you so much for a thought provoking morning!

Asklotta and staff will MIND YOUR BUSINESS today so very thankful of Troy and Cristian’s perspectives and contributions! AND that they took the time to share them with us!

Again, it has been my pleasure to tell you what to do and what NOT to do!

Kindest regards,

Asklotta
